Iceburgs, Avalanches and Icecaps! OH MY!

Jeff and Don left Greenland for Iceland about 45 minutes ago!

Jeff called from his satellite phone to report a stunning topography and a picturesque view from the plane.

He has been filming his landings and taking quite a few still photos as well, so we can not wait for him to have a high speed internet connection to send them to us so we can post them on the blog.

His elation is contagious and it’s easy to picture his radiant smile as he flies across the North Atlantic.

We on Team Miss Behavin’ await his calls anxiously, looking forward to each update Jeff calls in.

Each of us has Spidertracks open on our dual monitors here in the office so we can watch his flight progression as he flies each leg of his journey.

When Jeff calls, his descriptions of the landscape are so vibrant, that we can practically “see” through his eyes what he is experiencing.

YES! He IS wearing the immersion suit and is keeping TOASTY WARM! Not to mention SAFE!

Jeff and Don should be landing in Iceland in under 3 hours where they will spend the night and we will get another update from Jeff’s great adventure flying the North Atlantic!

It’s so cool to get updates like this. Is Jeff taking pictures. Is he able to send them at all? Mary

    Hi Mary,

Yes I’m taking pictures but I’m having no joy with Internet connections. We’ve had a slew of computer problems as well as navigation systems. Our videos of approaches so far have been poor…but, my stills are coming out well. Thanks for following and commenting.
